What We Do

Zime integrates Salesforce with the systems healthcare businesses depend on: EHR and HIMS using FHIR and HL7, laboratory information systems, ERPs such as SAP and Tally, custom apps through REST APIs, telephony, WhatsApp and payment gateways. We design integrations that are secure, monitored and easy to maintain.

Integration: FAQs

Can Salesforce integrate with our EHR or HIMS?

Yes. We integrate using FHIR and HL7 standards where your system supports them, or through APIs and secure file exchange where it doesn’t.

Do we need MuleSoft?

Not always. Simple integrations can use Salesforce’s native APIs. MuleSoft is worth it when you connect many systems or need reusable, governed integrations.

Can you integrate with Indian systems such as Tally or local telephony providers?

Yes. We regularly integrate Salesforce with Tally, Indian cloud telephony providers and WhatsApp Business solutions.

How do you keep integrations secure?

We use authenticated APIs, encryption in transit, least-privilege access and logging, and we avoid copying more patient data than each process needs.

What happens when an integration fails?

Our integrations retry automatically and raise alerts, and failed records are queued for review so nothing is silently lost.
